General Rules

It is the responsibility of the person or organization renting the inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the rental unit. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
 
  1. NO food, drink or chewing gum on or around the inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. (Please note if the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, then the person or organization will incur a cleaning charge)
  2. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to people using the equipment and harm to the inflatable.
  3. NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string are to be used either on or near the inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the inflatable that cannot be repaired)
  4. NO smoking on or around the inflatable.
  5. NO barbeques within 20 feet of the inflatable.
  6. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is dangerous and is not allowed.
  7. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times, children should not be left unsupervised.
  8. Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the weight, age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time for this causes a greater risk of injury.
  9. NO flips, wresting or any other forms of rough housing are allowed on the bounce house.
  10. NO laying down while others are jumping, serious injury could occur.
  11. NO pets, toys, or sharp instruments on the inflatable at any time.
  12. DO NOT allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous.
  13. DO NOT allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS and is a risk for suffocation.
  14. DO NOT allow bouncers to run into and/or bounce against the walls or support pillars of the bounce house.
  15. Users must be clothed appropriately to avoid injury.
  16. Empty pockets before going on so nothing can fall out of their pockets and damage the inflatable or injure someone.
  17. DO NOT use the bounce house during rain, storms, or high winds. The jumping surface becomes very slippery when wet and high winds can be dangerous resulting in injury. In the event of rain, lightening or wind, all bouncers should exit the unit. The bounce house should then be deflated by switching the blower motor power to the OFF position and unplug it. If it is raining, please place the blower in shelter.
  18. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check your breaker(s) and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 5-10 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately at (484) 627-1761.
  19. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT let children play on the inflatable without adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation of the inflatable.
  20. Jupiter Jump LLC is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is lessee’s responsibility to inform us where inflatable is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior.
 
 
 

Liability Waiver

  1. This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition
  2. Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property and agrees to release and hold Jupiter Jump LLC harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless as contained herein is held unenforceable for any reason, customer herby agrees to a limit on any damages claimed by customer to the total paid to Jupiter Jump LLC for the rental.
  3. Customer agrees to the companies right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess rental equipment.
  4. Customer agrees to reimburse Jupiter Jump LLC for all attorney fees, an amount not less than 50% of all sums due, court cost and expenses incurred by Jupiter Jump LLC to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract.
  5. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location other than the indicated location at time of booking.
  6. Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.
  7. If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay $4,000.00 (four thousand dollars and 0 cents).
  8. Customer agrees to ensure that all users (and users’ guardians) of the rental equipment sign liability waivers.
  9. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  10. Customer agrees to hold company at no liability in regard to virus or bacteria transmissions or any sort of reference from use. If any in place, following government guidelines is for personal family use, not public party use. Customer has the freedom to sanitize bounce house using eco-friendly biodegradable cleaners before and after each use to minimize and mitigate any and all virus or bacteria transmissions. THEREFORE, Customer agrees to accept any and all responsibility for any and all virus or bacteria transmission from use and holds the company harmless under any and all conditions.

 
The person(s) or organization renting this equipment from Jupiter Jump LLC will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.
 
 
 

Cancellation Policy

To be able to best serve everyone, we have created a cancellation policy which we believe is fair for all parties involved. Please read through our entire policy before booking.
 
  1. General
     
    In order to receive a full refund, the rental must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days before the event date. If the order is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event date, NO refund will be issued, a rain check will take place. The customer will have 90 days to redeem their credits for a new rental. After 90 days, the credits expire.
     
  2. Weather
     
    YOU are responsible to cancel the rental if the weather is bad. We understand the weather is unpredictable, so if you cancel before Jupiter Jump LLC arrives to the event, a full refund will be made. In the case that no cancellation was made during bad weather and Jupiter Jump LLC arrives to the event location, not allowing us to safely set up, Jupiter Jump LLC will keep 25% of the total rental price and refund the rest. We try our best to stay up to date on local weather, and you should too. If we catch a bad weather alert before delivery, Jupiter Jump LLC reserves the right to cancel the rental for your safety and for that of our employees. If our company has canceled your rental before delivery, a full refund will be issued. However, because we serve many regions, it is tough to keep up with the weather in all locations, so ultimately YOU are responsible to cancel in the case of bad weather.
 
 
 

Delivery Fees

Jupiter Jump LLC provides two options: delivery or pick-up.

Delivery:
At the time of booking the customer must provide the address for delivery, to properly charge the delivery fee, and their preferred time of delivery. We plan out our delivery route based on customers' requests and distance, therefore, the time we deliver might differ from the one requested at booking, so be sure to read the invoice for the updated time. Be punctual or you risk losing the rental unit, Jupiter Jump LLC will not wait more than 30 minutes at location. Delivery entails that Jupiter Jump LLC will set up and take down the rental unit. During booking, the customer confirmed that they read and understood ALL the terms and conditions, therefore, if upon delivery there is an inconvenience with distance from an outlet, unsafe terrain, etc. Jupiter Jump LLC reserves the right to not set up the rental unit and the customer will receive NO REFUND. Upon pick up, Jupiter Jump LLC will inspect the rental unit and make sure nothing is broken or missing and that the equipment is working properly. If anything is broken/missing or if the unit is excessively dirty, a fee will be charged to the card on file accordingly. Below is a breakdown of the delivery fees:
Starting rate: $20
1 mile: $2
For the areas we service the average price of delivery is ~$50, if you’re looking for an estimate. ​

Pick-up:
At the time of booking, the customer must indicate that they will be picking up the unit. In order to pick-up the unit, a pickup truck is needed. NO small cars or SUVS. The pickup truck bed must be clean and free of debris or any object that might damage the rental unit. If the customer arrives in any car that is not a pickup truck, the rental unit will not be handed over. At this time, it is the customers responsibility to either find a pick-up truck to pick-up their rental unit, pay $75 for last minute delivery (delivery is subject to the availability of the company truck and the employees) or lose their rental with NO REFUND. At the time of pick-up, Jupiter Jump LLC will explain how to properly and safely set up and take down the rental unit and the time the rental unit must be returned. A waiver indicating that Jupiter Jump LLC explained how to properly and safely set up with rental unit must be signed before handing the unit over. Once the rental unit is handed over, Jupiter Jump LLC is not held responsible for any harm that may come to anyone/anything for failure to follow set up instructions and the rules. Upon return, Jupiter Jump LLC has 24 hours to inspect the rental unit and charge any fees to the card on file if the rental unit is broken, excessively dirty or if equipment is missing/broken. Payment

After booking has been completed, Jupiter Jump LLC will send an invoice with a breakdown of all costs. To secure your date, the deposit indicated on the invoice must be paid within 24 hours. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, your date will not be saved, and anyone can claim it. After the deposit is paid, your date will be reserved pending full payment. ALL invoices must be paid in full a week (7 days) prior to the rental date. Failure to pay one week prior to rental date, will result in cancellation of booking with no refund of the deposit. We understand life gets busy sometimes, therefore, Jupiter Jump LLC will send a reminder e-mail for any unpaid invoices before cancellation. If booking was made less than 7 days prior to the rental date (on short notice), the invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours. If your rental was cancelled for failure of receiving payment in the time frame established, Jupiter Jump LLC is not held responsible if it is unavailable to book again.
 
 
 

Additional Fees

Before charging any additional fees, Jupiter Jump LLC will inform the customer and will provide proof of what is being charged. Customer's card on file will be charged if the following apply:
 
  • Excessively dirty: $50
  • Damaged beyond repair: $4,000
  • Minor tear: $300
  • Missing stakes: $20 each
  • Missing/broken blower: $275
  • Missing/broken storage bag: $100
  • Missing/broken extension cord: $75
  • Missing/broken water hose: $50
  • Missing/broken safety mat: $100
  • Inappropriate use*: $300

 
*Inappropriate use i.e., water in a rental unit that is not designated for water
